Zoff was responsible for the celebrity clothing matching, creative design, and celebrity consumption columns of the "Bazaar Men" magazine of the Harper's Bazaar Group. Zoff became keen interested in leather goods after first contact during work. With this obsession, Zoff decided to quit his job and went to Japan alone to learn Sheridan leather carving techniques from Taka Otsuka, an Asian leather carving master. Zoff initially designed and produced creative customized leather goods, artistic hand-painting, and Remake for fashion practitioners, and then devoted himself to industrial production and decoration craftsmanship.
